Error - No more images can be displayed. All monitoring images will be stopped. Perform the following actions. Lower the resolution. Reduce the number of cameras in the layout in each page

Error - Because the display capability was exceeded, the H.264/MPEG-4 monitoring image is changed into standard image JPEG.

Error - This software is not operating correctly because there is not enough available PC memory. Shut down other applications and restart this software.

Installed on Windows 11. Rebooted computer system - same errors. Software installed one week ago.

All camera views start and then immediately freeze. Please advise how to make adjustments to the camera resolution and to decrease the number of cameras in use. Thanks!

To address your question about making adjustments to the camera resolution and reducing the number of cameras in the layout for the "Network Camera Recorder with Viewer Software Lite" on Windows, follow these steps:

  1. Adjust Camera Resolution:

    • Open the "Network Camera Recorder with Viewer Software Lite" application.
    • Look for settings or options related to camera configurations in the software. This is often found in menus such as "Settings," "Options," or "Camera Configuration."
    • Locate the resolution settings for each camera. This could be under a section titled "Video Quality" or "Resolution."
    • Lower the resolution for each camera to reduce the demand on system resources. Common resolutions to try are 720p or lower, depending on your initial settings.
  2. Reduce Number of Cameras in Layout:

    • In the application, find the layout or view configuration section.
    • Adjust the number of cameras displayed on each screen page. Reduce them by selecting fewer cameras per layout (e.g., from 16 to 9 or 4).
    • Save the layout changes to ensure fewer cameras are displayed simultaneously.
  3. Ensure Optimal Performance:

    • Close any other applications running on your PC to free up memory resources.
    • Make sure the software is updated to the latest version, as updates may include performance improvements and bug fixes.
    • If the issue persists, consider checking the system specifications to ensure they meet the software's requirements.

If problems continue after these adjustments, consult the user manual or contact the software’s support team for further assistance.
