if the sites are going down...

Well, if the sites on a browser like software.informer.com or fdocuments.net are also going down if because the page cannot be displayed on google chrome but the site is currently under maintenance after more than few years or later so i get the site to tell me about this.

It seems like the sites software.informer.com and fdocuments.net are currently under maintenance. This could be the reason why you are unable to access them on Google Chrome. It's best to wait for the maintenance to be completed for the sites to become accessible again.
