As of my last update, there hasn't been any known release after Symphytum version 2.6. Symphytum is primarily designed as a personal database software, and it does not inherently support exporting to many file types like Excel. It is primarily designed to manage and store data within its own environment. For exporting your data, you might need to look for additional tools or features within Symphytum or consider exporting the data to a more common format that can be converted to Excel, such as CSV (Comma-Separated Values), if such an option is available.
