I uninstalled PhilCris 2007 due to printing mismatches with the 2016 Marriage Cert paper and installed the latest version. Now, I can’t log in or create a new account. What should I do?

To address your issue with PhilCRIS, try the following steps:

  1. Check for Instructions: Look for any documentation or installation guides that came with the latest version of PhilCRIS. They might have specific instructions for logging in or creating a new account.

  2. Administrator Privileges: Ensure that you are running the program as an administrator. Right-click on the PhilCRIS shortcut and select "Run as administrator."

  3. Installation Process: Double-check that the installation process was completed successfully. There might be an installation log file or error notifications to review.

  4. Configuration Files: Make sure that any configuration files from the previous version were either correctly migrated or do not interfere with the new version. It might be necessary to delete old files or clean your system before the new installation.

  5. Account Recovery: If you had an account before and can't log in, see if there's an option to recover or reset your login credentials.

  6. Contact Support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact the support team for PhilCRIS. They may offer specific guidance for your situation.

  7. Reinstallation: As a last resort, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the program to ensure a fresh setup.

What OS version are you using to run PhilCris? It runs smoothly until Windows 7, but on Windows 10-11 it needs some tweaks to run because of some security feature. I have successfully installed it on churches (for marriage) and hospitals (for birth and death) here locally.
