First, put your printer in Service Mode. You can do this by opening its top cover. The ink heads will start the procedure and they will move to the middle of the bar slider from where you can perform maintenance operations. Please check their position in the places where they are stored. If it's ok, close the cover and wait for the printer to return to normal mode, then from the PC open the support software and perform a calibration as well as a test printing operation. In most of the cases the printer will register new parameters and the ink levels in the cartridges.
