I bought the 'All in 1 HDD Docking' device which came with PC Clone EX lite. Where is the key? It won't work without a key.

There have been earlier replies to questions like I raised. The common reply was they fail to answer that question. Their customer service is awful was a common response from users. I found that the dock works if you use other cloning software.
