I was able to connect camera, in same wifi network but trying from mobile network it keep saying network error please try again later.But others from different phone can able to connect, what might be the problem, is it any issue with my phone or app installed

It is possible that there is an issue with the app installed on your phone. Try reinstalling the app or checking the network settings on your phone. You may also want to try connecting from a different mobile network to see if the issue persists.
