Legato Systems - ReportXTender

Question

Hello,

I work for IT at a hospital that uses ReportXTender for medical record archiving. The installation has become corrupt and I cannot get it to work again. I spoke with the guy who set this program up 8 years ago and he said that they always had the vendor involved in fixing issues with this program because it was an absolute pain.

Have searched the Internet for a company that supports this program and there isn't one.

Reaching out here to see if anyone has used this program and would give a little guidance.

It seems that PROACT company handles this application and it offers an Enquiry form for users with problems. Please use that form and state all the problems you have with this particular software.
