Why doesn't your program support NTFS format?

I have a SanDisk USB flash drive with the NTFS file system and it is write-protected. I cannot delete anything on it or format it. Unfortunately, your program does not support the NTFS format, but only supports the FAT32 format. Therefore, I ask you to help me remove the protection from the USB. Mine is against writing and I sincerely thank you

Unfortunately, the SanDisk Crypto Erase Tool does not support the NTFS file system. You may need to try using another tool or contact SanDisk customer support for assistance in removing the write protection from your USB flash drive.
