I am having trouble with frame stabilization of solar images

I have a sequence of 110 solar images taken in Ha with pretty good solar tracking. When I animate the sequence, I get much better results WITHOUT frame stabilization than with it. Any suggestions ?

It sounds like the frame stabilization feature in PIPP might not be working well with your solar images. You could try different settings or try stabilizing the frames manually to see if that improves the results. It might also be worth reaching out to the developer or checking online forums for tips on how to improve frame stabilization for solar images.
