Program not displaying installed programs.

There are no programs listed in the programs installed area. It says "No recommended program is installed on your computer. Check Recommendation". All my installed programs have been populated until today. This message appears on both of my HP 64-bit Windows 10 computers. I have Version 6.5.0.20 installed.

It seems that there may be an issue with the program or a glitch causing it to not display the installed programs. You may want to check for updates or contact customer support for assistance.
