There are a few things you will need to take care of before downloading. First you will need to attach a Gmail/Google account to phone from Settings > Accounts & Sync > Google. Second, you will need to make sure that you have enough free space on your phone and third, make sure that you are allowed to download applications or if there are no active filters for your Internet connection because Google is not blocking that location.
