This is power designer viewer: I want to uninstall version 16.7.4.6726. I was trying to upgrade from v16.6. I was informed I need to first install 16.7 SP01 and the 16.7 SP03. When tried doing SP01, the error indicated that I already have SP03, so I tried to uninstall SP03 (this was with the 16.6). Then I tried modifying it to no avail. I have tried going from program features, it is not working. Then we decided, lets install 16.7 SP03. It installed but I cannot see menu items File only shows saveall and exit. I uncertain of what to do. I thought maybe I should uninstall 16.7 SP03 and then do 16.7 SP01 and the 16.7 SP03, then all all issues should resolve.
