Configuring New Viewcommander with my old Viewcommander installation

I have been using ViewCommander since 2003, and now it no longer works on my Windows 7 machine.

What is the cost to update to the latest ViewCommander? Will the newer ViewCommander use my existing VivoTek Cameras (PZ7111, PZ8111, & PZ7131 PTZ cameras?
