There is no Help on the windows program

When I click "help" it runs a error page 404 on my browser. This new software have some bugs like: I can't acess to My Notes.
I buy this Software and the DVD (that never arrived) from Sand Apps Inc

It would be best to contact Sand Apps Inc directly to address the problems you are experiencing, such as the error page when trying to access Help and My Notes, as well as the missing DVD.
