How can I use my Samsung GT-C6712 (Java) mobile Internet on Karbonn ST8 Velox tablet?

How can I use my Samsung GT-C6712 (Java) mobile Internet on Karbonn ST8 Velox tablet? The phone has WiFi and the tablet also has it along with WiFi hotspot support.

On the specifications page, there is nowhere specified that the phone has hotspot capability. So in this case I doubt you can share its Internet connection. Also there is no possibility to install applications which limit your options to stream its Internet connection.
