Cutter compensation

I have a problem with cutter compensation for milling machine. When I put dxf file in configuration window, put all data for configuration, inclusive for cutter compensation, I not see cutter compensation in a screen and as well machine do the same, it mean, cutter goes by border. Maybe You can help me!
