Locking program windows down

Is there anyway to lock certain programs down ie. I have 4 programs setup to display certain windows and I want to lock 3 of the programs down so they cannot be changed by others

I'm sorry mate have you even read the LEDCenter v5.5.5 manual or is that your standard response to all questions about software?

Not meaning to be an arse but I'm asking a legitimate question and you have responded with a less than helpful answer.

Anyone else got any info or is this as good as it gets?
