I have main top software as well

I need help getting the alignment straight the colors straight. I have not been able to print with this machine properly. I have had this machine now 8 months. I have lost all the holidays because of this machine. All because of the software I would at least like to print something with it I need serious help i'm at the point that i'm about ready to sell it
