Problem after formatting hard disk with BSGA 5

Good morning,

I had to format my hard disk and when I try to reinstall Banner shop Gif Animator 5 I get an error when writing the HDD S/N: 7284432 and I can't register the product again. This is my product serial number: 133593-BSGA-829943689

Can you help me please?

If I try to enter the HDD S/N: 7284432 and I want to register the program Offline the software tells me that the activation code is invalid and, if I try to register the program On line, it directs me to a page that is under construction.
