I get a message "USER IS PAUSED" everytime i try to login CANDIGITAL from windows PC

Thanks Swati for the reply. But I am able to access my account when I login to Net Banking from browser, using the same credentials. I am also able to access my account from my android device on Canara ai1 app using the same credentials. This means my account is active and not paused or suspended. The problem is only with CANDIGITAL on windows PC.
