Can files from both QS5 and QS6 be analyzed with the ExpressionSuite software?

We are interested in combining the analysis from runs in both QS5 and QS6 pro - is it possible to do using ExpressionSuite?

The problem is - I tried to upload an .eds file from QS6 pro after adding an .eds file from QS5 and I received the following messages:

Did not import any experiments due to the following errors:
"nameoffile" is a qs6pro experiment; this is a appletini study.

When starting with files from QS6 pro, the following message appeared:

Did not import any experiments due to the following errors:

How should I proceed?
