I can't open my cinavia. unable to connect to your server. Have key.

the app is installed and when I enter the key to activate I get this........
No connection to server. Please check your internet connection. If you are behind an proxy please enter the settings. I am not on a proxy and internet is fine. Please advise what to do. thanks
