Eseecloud quit sending alerts, no events

Question

I have been receiving alerts and could look through them until today. Now no alerts and all previous events is gone.
Cameras are working I can do playback and see movement, But going back manually and looking through hours of video is just not doable. Why has alerts stopped

I have the same problem but only on one of two cameras. I originally had both cameras giving me alerts but only one is doing it now. I made no changes to the setting’s

Hi. I just had the same issue, but with all my cameras. I wasn't receiving any of the "events" notifications. I deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it. Everything is working fine now. Hope this help you. I know it can be very frustrating. Good luck.
