I have two copies of Digitizer V5 Embroidery Software 5.5 neither will load help please

No welcome no info just a whole list of files. I do not understand, these are full copies not updates. I run Digitizer V5 Embroidery Software no problems on my other computer any help would be great

Both the computer and the laptop have way beyond enough reqirements for this software no point in reinstalling something that has never been installed. I do not even get a Welcome screen.
Thank you for replying but there is no support and if you contact them at the new company they do not know anything about these programmes it was a lady that worked for the new company that kindly found me another copy of the 5.5 just incase the one I brought was faulty but it did the same.
