For 6 of my cameras I have cruise set to low and preset, but after the cruise finishes and I go back and check, they're set to medium and panoramic, or medium and blank. Why doesn't the software remember my settings?
It is possible that the EseeCloud software is not properly saving the settings, causing them to revert to default values. You may need to check for any software updates or contact the support team for assistance in resolving this issue.
