Tag Clinic Issue

Keve, I have been using Tag Clinic for several years now. I am currently using Tag Clinic v4.3.10.4. I have some files that are not displaying correctly on the program. I have attached one of my music files for you to take a look at.

Although the file plays OK in MediaMonkey v5.0.4.2693. It is not displaying names correctly.
Instead of song title "Home Sweet Home (1985)" displaying it shows "AudioTrack15". "Also instead of album name "Homespun Songs Of The C.S.A. Volume 1" dispalying it shows "no title".

In Tag Clinic v4.3.10.4 the columns for the file B/R, S/M and P/T all display "-".

Please take a look at this file and let me know what is wrong and what I can do to remedy the situation.
