LINK 68 activation windows appears.

When the program ( LINK68) starts a activation window appears on the screen with prompt to scan QR code to get an activation code. This is first time when we have a such situation. We tried to uninstall the program and to install the one again but the result is the same. Please. could you tell us what should we do to solve this problem?
