Trying to open iTunes on my computer, I'm getting an error message that file is corrupt and can not open. Can anyone help?

Usually, the diagnostics of iTunes errors could take long effort resulting in waste of time. The easiest and most convenient way is to uninstall everything that is related to iTunes and then perform a new installation. I can tell that this option is handy especially when you're not into computer tweaking and diagnosing.
