How to unlock HIP license on a new computer?

I own several licenses of HIP. I have new computers and want to run HIP on these devices. I can't get past the security key. Have tried contacting Radium Techologies but they are no longer around. Or if they are, please let me know how to reach them. The other option is to find a way to export the database to another product.
