Client opening but not visible

Hi, When I try to run HiP2P it opens and then disappears from the screen. If I try to open it again I get told that the system is running but I cannot find how to display it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, it then works but only once

Go to task manager and shut it down. Then try relaunching it.
