The plug-in is not available as a standalone application and it's embedded into the following applications: Sony Vegas Movie Studio Pro 10 and Sony Sound Forge Audio Studio 9 or 10. You will need to obtain these applications in order to work with the above mentioned plug-in. You can find the same information on the support page of the application.
