In the Windows version, the game do have a still be used for the Ubisoft Entertainment logo. In the Mac version, the game do have also a still be used for the Mojang Studios logo.
The question is asking whether the game "Splinter Cell - Blacklist" for Windows uses the Ubisoft Entertainment logo and whether the Mac version uses the Mojang Studios logo.
Looks like two different developers work there :)
