Error message appears when tried to install a WIA driver for Windows Vista.

asked by about Canon DV WIA Driver

You may see an error message while trying to install a WIA driver for Windows Vista, says: "WIA Driver file for Windows XP not found." and another an error message to close this installation says "Exit installation." appears when i did not used to install a WIA driver for Windows Vista. Any problems?

It seems there may be a problem with installing the "Canon DV WIA Driver" on Windows Vista. The error message suggests that the driver file for Windows XP could not be found. If you are not trying to install a WIA driver for Windows Vista, you can safely close the installation by selecting "Exit installation.
