Hi!

I manually deleted all the suggested files and when I ran the .exe file again I got an error message telling me that some files cannot be deleted. I have a screenshot of the messages but I don't know how to attach it to this post.

If the application says that the files are in use, then it means that there is something running in the background that it's related to the antivirus (module, service, etc). Please open Start > Run and type msconfig and then navigate to Startup tab. Locate the antivirus path and see what .exe files are running when the computer starts then use Task manager and kill that .exe file and run the application again.

To attach pictures to a post, first you will need to upload the picture to a free image sharing service (Tinypic, ImageBam, Imageshack, etc.) then use the direct link of the picture and paste it in the filed when you click on the image icon on the toolbar under the More Information next to 0101 icon.
