We can't get on the Internet with our laptop. The listed controller comes up with this error message: "This Device is not working properly". What is the fix, so we get online wirelessly?

You can find the drivers for your product on the official support page. I cannot provide a direct link as you will need to manually select your product on the left side of the page. You will also have the possibility to select the operating system for the selected product.
