What does Sony PC Companion software CD is included in this box for Sony Xperia Z1 phone?

I have used on my Sony xperia z1 phone, and i just bought on my new phone from ebay. I can tell me if the Sony PC Companion software CD is included in this box for my phone? I am used for USB cable to transfer media files on my Sony phone, but the software CD did not included for this box on my phone.

You can transfer image or media files on my Sony Xperia phone by using an USB cable to connect to my computer, or you can download the Sony PC Companion software available at the Sony website.
