I am unable to install mydell application. What is wrong?

I have recently installed windows on my Dell G3 laptop but cannot install mydell application either from Microsoft Store or from your download link. Pls help me

Thanks for replying me I have no antivirus installed on my laptop actually recently I had factory reset my G3 3500 laptop then I got My Dell with all dell applications pre-installed but had gone wrong as I installed a wrong driver for my laptop and it started hanging alot then I had to reinstall the whole windows from a bootable pen drive and had then formatted C: drive for a clean install. Only from then I am unable to install My Dell application all other applications for dell are installing but my Dell is not installing even from Microsoft Store because it says this app is not compatible with your version. Pls suggest me a workaround for this. I would be thankful to you. Regards.
