How can I use Microsoft Access 2010 on my Mac?

Microsoft Access is a part of the Office product that is not available for the Mac version. You can try to emulate Windows inside your Mac using Bootcamp or a virtualization software like Parallels Desktop but the best thing is to use an alternative application, which in this case would be Filemaker Pro. It may not look the same but practically it does the same thing as Access does.
