abrideanProvisor Web Provisioning Console automatic config error. Unable to retrieve connection settings. How to fix?

When I click 'Read Automatic Configuration from Server' I get: 'Unable retrieve connection settings from 'https://provisor.postoffice.net/ProvisioningConsole/ProvisionConsole'
Why is that?

I could also do the manual configuration but I dont know the
