How does My Checkbook 3.5.7 differ from 3.1.6?

Why isn't it possible to provide detailed differences?  If you could not, at least you could direct me to where I could learn about the 3.5.7 version and the cost.  That way I could determine if I wanted this version.  It could be to your advantage.
