How to format my mobile (Xperia Play) with my laptop?

I wanted to unlock my display blocker but I have entered the pattern incorrectly 20 times in a row and now I cannot remember the answer to the security question.

You will need to use the Factory Reset option to completely remove any settings or locker patterns. You can do this by turning the power off, hold Left + Right buttons under the display, press and release the Power button. Follow the on-screen settings and the phone will return to its original state. Please notice that all downloaded applications will be erased.
