Message appears when i downloaded on my file on Google Chrome due to a large size.

You may see an error: "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect." appears when i downloaded on my file on Google Chrome but i do have a large size of this file due to a network has been interrupted or timed out. Any ideas?
