I cannot connect to my paid version of Sharm - it wont even open

I think they have gone belly up. I cant get into mine either. Website is gone and emails all come back undeliverable

Sharm announced on their website in 2022 that they discontinued Sharm studio and at the time they offered a free download of Sharm that will receive no more updates. They mentioned they are working on a phone app called Sharm Wizard.

This is what Sharm mentioned on their website before they closed (the website was up until at least May 2023):

"Deprecated Software Notice: Sharm Studio and Sharm Live
On October 1, 2022, we announced the end-of-life status of our legacy software products, Sharm Studio and Sharm Live. These products have been instrumental in serving our customers over the last 20 years.

Effective May 1, 2023, Sharm Studio and Sharm Live will no longer receive support. This entails the discontinuation of updates, bug fixes, and technical assistance for these products...."
