it says the songs and play list were downloaded but when i open a player, they aren't there. When i used file manager on the phone, they are not in the directory.

So i was able to successfully able to get the whole thing to work on an older samsung s22 ultra. A spare device. So it worked and went to do the same thing on my working phone. Samsung s22 ultra. It looked liked it worked, it said the files were transferred. upon opening a music play, they aren't there. In looking in the directory on the phone, they aren't there. I dont understand how it works perfectly for one device but not another, that are exactly the same? Please help. Im sure its a simple setting that needs to be changed.
