What does error code 651 mean and what can I do to fix the problem?

I installed Windows 8 on my laptop. Now my Netman doesn't work. An error code 651 is shown. What does this mean and what can I do to fix the problem?

The error is related to drivers meaning that you will need to acquire new drivers for your network cards (WiFi or LAN). A fresh installation is also required for maximum compatibility. Please identify your network cards and download updated drivers.
