If I see a delta t of another station of say, +1.5sec while using WSJT-x, what do I enter into Time Fudge to sync with him? +1.5sec or -1.5 sec?

If you see a delta t of +1.5sec, you should enter -1.5sec into Time Fudge to sync with the other station.
