When back in 1986, Frame Technology has team development with Adobe to release its first desktop publishing software to compete against with Adobe InDesign, released the first version called FrameMaker 1.11b, in 1986. As of 2021, but Adobe has finally in just celebrates its 45 years anniversary of the company's being the latest version of FrameMaker as the Summer 2020 release.
