I purchased my E/W May 2019 and is running Version 9.3. During random periods of 3/4 hours all parameters sourced via the transmitter are NOT being shown on the LCD display nor the computer. All parameters which originate from the Receiver are displayed on the LCD and Computer.
It sounds like there may be an issue with the transmitter or the connection between the transmitter and the LCD/computer. It may be helpful to check the connections and try resetting the transmitter. If the issue persists, reaching out to the manufacturer for technical support may be necessary.
Hi Rajesh, Thank you for your response. Due to surgery, I am unable to climb to the transmitter. Hopefully, in 2/3 weeks' time I shall be able to make the checks you've suggested. Thanks once again for your assistance. Best regards, Brian
