I have used this software for several years with no problem, and it was working fine a week ago and we used it for 2 or 3 hours, then the next song we pulled up & hit play it wouldn't do anything.
It is possible that the software is experiencing a technical issue. Try restarting the program or checking for any updates. If the problem persists, contacting the TriceraSoft customer support team may be helpful in resolving the issue.
